Calculator inputs stay in your browser

The Aging Valuator, forecast, funding comparison and lender packet checklist run entirely in your browser. The figures you enter, saved scenarios and checklist status are stored in your browser's local storage on your device. We do not receive them. Clearing your browser data removes them.

Contact form and early-access sign-up

If you send a message or join early access, we receive your email address and your message, if any. They are stored in our private cloud storage (a Cloudflare R2 bucket), used only to reply to you, and deleted after 12 months, or sooner if you ask at support@healthcarettu.com. Please do not include patient information.

AI features

When you use the Finance Desk, the text you submit is sent to Cloudflare Workers AI, which runs an open Meta Llama model, to produce the answer. We do not store that text or the answer. Do not enter personal or patient data.

Fonts, images and scripts

Fonts, images and scripts are served by this site itself, with no third-party requests from your browser for them.

Cookies and tracking

We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.

Third parties

The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes network requests such as your IP address to serve pages and protect the site, and provides the storage and AI services named above. We do not ourselves store IP addresses.

Your choices

To access or delete a message you sent us, email support@healthcarettu.com. We may update this policy and will change the effective date when we do.
